to determine their needs. We do some
market research, taking the time to
understand who our client's audience
is. What kind of information needs do
they have? Why would they want to get
it from your site? Learn their demographics.
With this information in hand we can
understand what type of writing we need
to provide and how often. Other criterias
that we look at are:
- computer literacy of client's customers
- requirements for information -
and web design
2. Once
we have done the market research, we
will then discuss the business goals
that you want to achieve with the content.
This will help tailor the content to
the right action and audience.
3. We will then set up a writing
schedule based on your budget and ideal
"content freshness" requirements. Then
based on our recommendations we will
start working on the project.
